Mosty Rippy Harvest Monsters

The league has been out for a while, and I do like it quite a lot.

Was wondering what kind of monsters in the Harvest garden you find the most rippy. Regular monsters (so up to tier 3) and not unique bosses. Or maybe get a discussion on which one is the most challenging of all.

I think it's the socket link monster that will instantly kill you upon opening a harvest. There was a clip of Waggle getting deleted by them as well.
you know the name of the beast? I am using this to test out for new Spectres. And check which content is most dangerous in Harvest.
I never really use the beasts by name (and I am not even sure I associated the right one).
Here are a list of tier 3 beasts

Wild is purple colored beasts, Vivid is yellow and Primal are blue colored beasts.

Wild Bristle Matron
Wild Hellion Alpha
Wild Thornmaw
Wild Brambleback
Wild Infestation Queen

Vivid Whipleg
Vivid Watcher
Vivid Vulture
Vivid Abberarach

Primal Rhex Matriarch
Primal Crushclaw
Primal Blisterlord
Primal Cystcaller
Primal Reborn

See if anyone can point out some that they find dangerous :)
Whatever that whispering ice one was, was incredibly dangerous as well.
Definitely the devourers...

I got deleted by the socket linking mobs some times, but I learned to teleport ASAP after they hatch.

T2 Wild Bristlebeast (Wild Bristlebeast Grain).

Looks like a Bear and has a strong Melee AOE slam, with some windup time.

Primal chimerals

its like whispering ice but they lock onto you and have very tight aoe

I never do lots of primal chimeral without some gain x on block mechanic because they do like 500 hits in a second

close range they also do like a flamethrower 90 degree sweep that hits like 5 times if you are point blank

socket link guys is a t1 right? isnt it just a stupid pop on death mechanic with extra lingering stuff on floor

yeah my current strategy is draw them away from the collector, thin them out, stay away from the collector. wading into a dense pack of triple projectile or extra phys as cold pea shooters is asking for trouble even with 83% block. idc if I have to hunt them down in other pea patches, it's better than bullet hell.

You can activate the collector from a safe distance if you're minions/mines/totems. Harvest infrastructure does NOT block projectiles, but the portal does. Just remember that many of the AOE effects DO spawn on your player location and not in a loose radius around the target mob. You WILL get targeted far from the source and you CANNOT stand still for a microsecond for any reason. So if you're using the portal as cover, strafe (don't cower behind it).

Lastly some on-death residual effects are contained in seedpod-like structures on the ground around the collector. Run through the area, trigger the cluster bombs, run out, stay out until there's nothing happening on your dash-throughs. Have seen this mostly with teal dudes. Idk if they occur outside the plantable plot, but my guess is, if there's a corpse, it doesn't matter how far away it is from the collector, it's a potential satchel charge.

Jeebus but we're starting to sound like a broken record here..."on-death PK" "don't stand still" "spawn on player loc" "dot on the ground that looks like everything else on the ground" "why are minions and cyclone so popular wahh"
