Import to PoB with steam account.

Ive searched several variations of what Im asking... And I have found a few post but it seems all the answers were removed or something because all I see is "I need help..." "Thanks that worked" and nothing between....

Im trying to import my passive tree to PoB and was told to log into PoB with my account info. I have been playing through steam for a while and dont know what to put in... Also I tried to view my character's passive tree on the website here and its blank, is it supposed to auto-fill or do I have to put it in?

Hey I figured it out.. all on my own! Heres what I did for anyone else confused...

In the top left of this website window it says "Logged in as ###########" this is your account name. Go to My Account under the HOME button just below that. On the right side theres a link to Privacy Settings. In the privacy settings there are several check boxes, one is checked by default "Hide Character Tab." Uncheck that box. Go to PoB and click import put your account name and press import characters. Chose the character you want to import and click Passive Tree and Jewels to bring over your passive tree.

Ok question ive done this and it still shows i have 0 chars and i play through steam any way i can fix this issue?

I have same issue.
I have turned off the Privacy settings on website
Yet in Path of Building every time i try to import my character:

The program is complaining about the name you are entering.

You aren’t showing us what name you’re entering.

Not sure what you expect anyone to say or do…
