The "+300 to Armour while you have Fortify" is not counted as flat armour

Got the "+300 to Armour while you have Fortify" belt enchant and was really exited about it, after imported to pob, it showed I only have 300 more armour. Thought pob was wrong. After test in game, turns out pob is always right. It is not affected by any increase/more armour modifier on the tree or item?

Checked pob, champion champion ascendancy with similar wording " +1000 evasion and armor while fortified" is affected by increased/more armour modifier

I cannot reproduce this. It's correctly modified in every case I have been able to find in-game.

The implementation is exactly the same as the armour and evasion stat - they're both added together as part of the same conditional - and that hasn't changed since the stat was implemented. The stat fundamentally works by being included in the total_base_armour value, which is then affected by all % applicable modifiers. If this is bugged with one, it should be bugged with the other in the same cases.

Can you give any details of exactly how you're testing this and the specific results you're seeing?

I am using hardened scars with a forbidding hybrid flask to get fortify
this is the armour before i use flask

this is after

Do you have any? The only source I see is VMS and you haven't show it in screenshots.

As far as I can tell, the only source of "increased/more armour" in your build is when Vaal Molten Shell is activated, so only getting 300 armour from it should be the expected outcome.

Another test you can attempt is with a flask/jewel with %increased armour on it.

It does not change '% increased/more evasion' into '% increased/more armour'
Iron Reflexes applies "%increased evasion rating AND %increased armour" to your Evasion Rating, then converts it into Armour.
