Divination stash tab missing the third column.

Hello, I've just bought the divination stash tab, but I have only two columns of cards and not three as I've seen from videos and preview. I've attached the screenshot.

what resolution do you use for POE and do you play windowed, full screen or windowed-full screen.
if your not playing full screen launch game in full screen. |

Edit2: It looks like restarting PoE in between resolution changes is now required to reproduce the bug (16:10 resolution currently triggers it for me, 16:9 works fine). I'm also curious to know what resolution you're playing in. If 16:10 maybe starting PoE in 16:9 then switching to 16:10 will give you normal div tab?

Edit: Actually, I just tested and it's working fine for me regardless what resolution I choose. The below were my observations at the time though (several leagues ago--I guess they [mostly] fixed the bug since then).
Column* btw. It's a resolution issue. Some resolutions (16:9) cut off the last column in the div tab. Background: I used to play PoE exclusively on a 1920x1200 (16:10) monitor and had 'normal' div tab functionality. When I switched to a UHD (16:9) monitor I noticed the last column was missing, no matter what I did. You can observe this by switching to windowed mode and play around with different resolutions. I use 4k resolution, but I've tried other resolutions, windowed/full screen/windowed-full screen and nothing changed.

Could you try a 16:9 resolution, save, restart PoE *in that 16:9 resolution*, see if you have normal div tab, then switch back to your normal resolution?

Edit: lol... After all the testing I just did now I've somehow broken my div tab also. I can't get it to show the non-bugged tab at my native resolution (in any mode). If I modify my monitor's resolution (to anything else it seems) the div tab works normally. It also appears to work normally at any Windowed or Fullscreen resolution (other than native). It just chokes on 3840x2160 for some reason. :| I did notice the info text on the Window Fullscreen mode indicates the resolution field only sets the game's render resolution, the UI is always rendered at the monitor's resolution so changing the resolution field *shouldn't* impact the UI when in Windowed Fullscreen mode. I have had this issue ever since I purchased the div tab since Metamorph league. Primarily play on 4k windowed-fullscreen but the bug is present on every resolution and windowed/windowed-fullscreen/fullscreen combination.
