latency / lag issues

Hello,

I hope you can help me with my problem. Every time I play poe I get massive lagspikes, where my fps drop to zero for 1 up to 15 seconds and everything rewinds, thanks to network mode set to predictive. Sometimes I even disconnect completely. Gameplay is really not very fun, since I die pretty often to sudden laggspikes and loose all my exp.

I tried a lot of fixes suggested by other people, but nothing really helped. Sometimes my server condition is better, sometimes it's worse and currently it's unplayable again.

I play mainly on Frankfurt, but I'm also switchting to Amsterdam and London in hope of better gameplay. This sadly also doesn't help.

Best regards

Well firstly you properly have a problem with the router/modem in your house, since it's not properly responding to ICMP packets -->
easybox.local - 52 | 145 | 70 | 0 | 1 | 11 | 1 |
83-169-183-66-isp.superkabel.de - 6 | 357 | 336 | 6 | 15 | 284 | 12 |

Make sure it's using the latest firmware, check it's firewall settings and try to turn it off for 5 minuttes before turning it on again.

Also it's very possible that there is a problem with your connection between your house and your ISP's network (line2) because here you also have packet loss + very high latency spikes.

All of this leeds to the conclusion that it a "local" problem and have nothing to do with GGG.
