Disconnect issue when trying to do Zana quest

Every time I enter one of the portals that Zana brought up to transfer to the second map, I get a disconnect. The map I'm trying to transfer to is Ivory Temple, the map I'm in is Underground Sea. Haven't had this issue previously, but this is the first time I've tried to do a Zana quest that involves completing a Labyrinth area, so I'm wondering if that could somehow be the cause.

I've lost two T16 maps now, similar circumstances. Straight unable to enter the portals, get a failed to connect to instance, and consumes a portal. Happened with Belfry and Palace, which was odd because 5-10 minutes earlier, I had just done each of those. Wondering if there is some combination of things in the map causing the crash, maybe Zana related.
