Does Level of all Int/Strength Skill Gems affect Herald of Purity?

Hi, I have a question. Does "Level of all Strength Skill Gems" and "Level of all Intelligence Skill Gems" increase the level of herald of purity?
I know "Level of all physical skill gems" does but what about the other two? Last bumped on Jul 3, 2020, 9:32:31 AM

the gem is red so it's a strength skill Gem, the strength one will work but not the int one.
