Infused Bloodlines (Infused Map Crafts) can be applied to unique maps?

I don't want to waste the craft trying, but it appears as though the (at the very least) the Infused Bloodlines map craft can be applied to unique maps, when I'm certain this shouldn't be possible.



Clicking on the craft activates it and illuminates the "Activate" button.
