So, this item has a mod missing in new version since 3.11
The mod 1% increased Chaos Damage per Level Is missing. Also, your GGG support staff has confirmed that something "not intentional" for Xoph's Nurture https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/2878254 So, Edge of Madness' change, is 1. intended but just missing from patch note or 2.
