Path of Exile SEA release and cosmetics

So I have access to the PoE marketplace on my PC just fine, but since I'm based out of SEA, my PS4 account is SEA region as well. I've linked my SEA account to my Grinding Gear Games account as well. Most of my friends want to play on the PS4. My question is, if I buy cosmetics on my PC account, do they also transfer to my console account as well? (I know my characters did).

Also, I know it was asked well over a year ago whether or not there would ever be a SEA release of the game, and GGG responded that it was something they were looking into. It's been well over 12 months, any update on that at all?

Sadly MTX are platform specific. I don't agree with it, but it is what it is.
