Minimap bugged out, re-arranged map elements

I was running a Strand map and i got a lag spike for a few seconds then, when things caught up, some elements had re-arranged or become obscured as if i hadn't walked there on my minimap and there were white boxes scattered seemingly at random on the minimap for the rest of the map

Where i was initially standing when the lag and glitch happened:

I had just finished the Betrayal encounter before i lagged out. the top left, right below the golem buff, is where i started the map.

At the time of the bug i was using the Vulkan Renderer
