I'm currently investigating reports of some players unable to join specific instances/servers in EU regions. I'll update this post when I have more information.

I have been able to reproduce a connectivity issue that is preventing a subset of users connecting to a subset of servers.
I have raised this with out network provider and am awaiting a response. | |

Provider believes this is a problem with filtering at the DE-CIX exchange following an issue that occurred last night. They are currently investigating.

Changes have been made to peering coming into IBM's network at Frankfurt. This should have resolved issues as of around 04:15am this morning. (16:15 UTC)
