Anointment oils requirement not displayed

I just noticed that the usual oils requirement on the Notables on the skill tree, aren't showing on mine. I've completed the Cassia quests previously, and she's in my HO and I can anoint items, but there no oils requirement displayed.
Am I missing something or it's a bug ? Using Vulkan if this makes any sense. Last bumped on Jun 23, 2020, 1:06:38 AM

This was changed with the Path of Exile: Harvest Content Update. Oil costs for Notable passive skills can now be revealed by holding alt while hovering over the passive. :) |

" Is there any way we could get this reverted and maybe have alt show the names of the oils instead? As a colorblind player, whether I'm holding alt or not, the tooltip is useless and I have to go consult the wiki for every annoint. |
