Rerolling special affix value on rares can also be used on uniques

Problem:
Using the Harvest-league reroll of an affix type (physical, caster, attack, etc) value also works on uniques, despite the tooltip not saying so.

Potential resolutions:
1. Update the tooltip to include uniques
2. Disable the modification of uniques' mods that have a tag matching what is given.

Importance:
This is stronger than a divine orb. It goes without saying that such an exploit is game-breaking.

Disclosure:
I'm a perfect item collector and therefore am an interested party.

I see GGG has fixed the issue, after around 5 perfect ventors have been made (and possibly other perfect unique items).

You had 6 days to make this fix, and it was probably a rarity condition change one-liner. I'm disappointed.
