Voice lines missing

There has been a few occasions where voice lines have been missing from NPCs - both Dialla and Oyun in Act 3, sometimes bosses like Piety in Act 2, and a few occassions I didn't write down.

I checked the search thread and it might be related to Oni-Goroshi, but I thought it was unusual to have some NPC lines scrubbed as well.

Screenshot won't show anything, but the bug ID is 2,641,597,914.

EDIT: The lines for Oyun etc. seem to be whispered.

I seem to be having the same issues.

Some of the bosses voice lines are incredibly quiet. Vendor voices and character voicelines (OOM, etc) are perfectly normal,
I've so far experienced it with Piety in Act 2 and Dominus and have replicated the bug on Dominus. Adjusting the sliders for dialogue, ambient or sound effects has no effect. Using a different audio advice (Speakers/Headphones) doesn't fix the problem either.

Not using Oni-Goroshi.



EDIT: Seems that some of the Scion lines are missing as well. Just completed the Fairgraves plum quest, after which the Scion should've said: "I'm sorry Fairgraves, sorry for us both. For where you go, so must I." but nothing.
