Quite possibly the best Death's Oath DSC helmet

Process:
1.
- Bought an ilvl 85 armour-based helmet with 30% despair curse effect
- Hunter-exalted
- Crafted -9% chaos res to nearby enemies
2.
- Bought an ilvl 83 shaped helmet
- Crafted lvl 20 inc. AoE
3.
- Awakener Orb, destroying shaped helmet

Got every affix slot taken. Gotta annul; what could go wrong, right?

Hit the RNG annul on a prefix to craft life.

Explanation:
- AoE for Death Aura
- AoE for Despair curse that will be socketed in the helmet, together with lvl 4 empower, lvl 4 enchance, Awakened Blasphemy (free thanks to Impresence ammy)
- AoE for Herald of Ash explosions to have better chaining potential from occutist's chaos explosions (with 2 obliteration wands)

Actually managed to clear Simulacrum deathless with nothing but Death's Oath and Withering Step:

This is not a build guide and I do not feel guilty leaving that info out. This thread was to present a helmet I crafted specifically for a build like that. The PoB that's linked in the video contains all the items that were used, including cluster jewels.
