Prefix/Suffix Help please?

Hi so, I got these boots:
And went to the prefix/suffix section http://www.pathofexile.com/item-data/prefixmod http://www.pathofexile.com/item-data/suffixmod to see if I was missing a prefix and suffix. life = prefix fire res = suffix cold res = suffix inc rarity = ???? BOTH? move speed = prefix so how do I know if I am missing a Prefix or a Suffix since increased rarity shows up as both prefix and suffix? Some affixes are only on certain base items, so like, amulets or something have better rare-find mods than boots.

Even if you look here, click on "boots", and go to the "ARMOR" section you can see Inc Item Rarity is shown as a Prefix and as a Suffix so ho do I know if my boots can have an extra prefix or an extra suffix? IGN: LessBow

^ yeah nice troll these game creators threw at us with this one. The only way I can see you would be able to tell is if the rarity roll is over 26 because rarity as prefix can only roll as high as 26.

I just realized "reduced stun" is listed in prefix and suffix aswell... whats up with that?

" Found the answer! www.exaltingpoe.com I added in my mods and got this: Item Rarity: Because this can roll as a both a prefix and suffix, we cannot determine if you have rolled a Prefix or a Suffix or Both. Here is the list that can help narrow the field as much as possible. 6-9% It's a Prefix. 10-15% It can either be a Prefix or Suffix but not both. 16-26% Cannot be determined if it's a Prefix or Suffix or Both. 27-30% Can either be a Prefix or Both. 31% or Higher Has to contain both a Prefix and Suffix. So since my boots have a 9, that means my item rarity is a prefix so my boots can get Chaos resist or Lightning resist! Yay me. IGN: LessBow
