This is honestly the ultimate DICK move by GGG. What's the point of putting this type of character that can't even be engaged before getting 1 shot? This char is the ultimate troll and needs to be fixed. I clear all except the last character. Until GGG does anything, Hall of Grandmasters is not possible to complete.
Also, any HoGM characters needs to be viewable meaning, user account profiles CAN NOT BE PRIVATE hiding character information. There might be some solutions to each master. You just have to find it.
While I do not know the specific master you are referring to, I have completed it a few times. Some advice that was given to me, Use Frost Bomb to help neutralize regen https://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Frost_Bomb I was trying to complete it this league & went in all cocky with my Hollow Palm build & was able to kill all but one. Cannot recall the name but he kept lightning warping all over the place and seemed to be immune to physical DPS so I invited my friend (Storm Brand) and he had no luck. My friend all of a sudden activated Tempest Shield & it was dead in under a second. https://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Tempest_Shield I thought 1.5 million DPS would kill anything but nope! Just have to find a weakness or call your local META build friend. I am not Anti-Social, I am just selective on whom I wish to be social with.

Well, it's not absolutely impossible to complete, or I wouldn't have completed it this week. It's always been the "optional" map that most builds can't do though.

If you're trying to do it on a low-life build, you're quite likely to have a really bad time if you encounter a character with culling. And they're not particularly uncommon.
I have a pretty good sense of humor. I'm not German.

If it's one of these CI/MaxBlock/ES on Block characters, just buy a Balefire and use Scorching Ray to melt them, it's not that much of a big deal. I'm not aware of other "unkillable" grandmasters.
