GGG, you really need to find a better payment service than Xsolla. Transactions are consistently flagged for anti-fraud, double payments(which do get returned, in about 10 business days), purchasing hanging at "Awaiting payment submission". I love this game, I support it when I can, but this is ridiculous.

For a company that responds so well to player feedback, why would they ignore this, it's their cash flow... insane

Because they probably signed a contract with Xsolla and saying "ok we dont like you anymore" to them would follow with consequences.
