Brand Recall - Chip Away Interaction

Chip Away doesn't count Brand Recall, a skill with the Brand tag, as a Brand skill. This results in Brand Recall failing to negate the conditional effect of Chip Away on active Armageddon Brands or Storm Brands when Brand Recall is cast ("25% increased Brand Activation Frequency if you haven't used a Brand Skill Recently").
