" Crafted this with Pristine, Prismatic, and Metallic fossil combo. I wanted to get All elemental resistances instead of life regen but it was too good to roll over. Each small node gives 16% phys dmg, 13 flat life, and 0.27% life regen. Combined, that's 176% phys dmg, 143 flat life, 2.97% life regen, along with a jewel socket. *Why would you do this? For example -* " my gladiator caster couldn't exist with these lovely things. Invest 24 points in damage (+ jewel slots) and the rest of the points go into defense/life/utility. Increased effect just means its buffed at the listed number, so that those passive stats get the 35% added and 10 health is either 13 or 14 health per node instead for example as well as any other stat in said passive. Maybe not quite there, but getting close. For example, the Berserking Notable on the regular tree gives just 12% attack speed and no other stats, and if you include the small passives that lead to it then the cluster as a whole is just 6% attack speed per node, nothing else. Being able to concentrate a bunch of near-Notable nodes anywhere on the tree sounds pretty damn convenient, especially if you're off-classing. Such as a Duelist playing a caster for example, or a melee Witch, or a Marauder archer, etc. etc. It's the kind of build creation freedom that this game used to be well known for, but has become steadily less so ever since the introduction of Ascendancies.
