PoE 1 PC servers are restarting in: .
They should be back up in approximately .Champion Master of Metal not buffed by aura effect
Tested this in PVP
Using: -Facebreakers -4x Purposeful Harbinger (200% aura effect) -2x Deep Cuts for 2 additional impales -lvl 1 cyclone, linked to lvl 1 impale gem, 90% impale chance after tree. With no heralds, around 7.5 seconds to kill opponent. With 5x heralds, around 6 seconds to kill. 200% on 6-12 flat phys with facebreakers on should be 2-4x damage. Also, defense sheet clearly only shows the base +1000 armor, not buffed by aura effect. Champion Master of Metal wording (not an aura): If you've Impaled an Enemy Recently, you and nearby Allies have +1000 to Armour You and nearby Allies deal 6 to 12 added Physical Damage for each Impale on Enemy Champion Inspirational wording (an aura): You and nearby Allies have 12% increased Movement Speed Guardian Bastion of Hope wording (considered an aura): If you've Blocked in the past 10 seconds, you and nearby Allies cannot be Stunned +50% Chance to Block Attack Damage for 2 seconds every 5 seconds If you've Attacked Recently, you and nearby Allies have +10% Chance to Block Attack Damage If you've Cast a Spell Recently, you and nearby Allies have +10% Chance to Block Spell Damage I understand none of these interactions may have been intended, but they should at least be consistent. This lack of interaction ruins my intended build. Last bumped on Jun 28, 2020, 4:26:51 PM

Good post.
By the way, to be fair, I think you have to add something like: 1. No herald version should have herald of purity since it can make dmg difference. 2. Both set-ups must have brutality in their links. |

" Auras are not conditional, therefore stuff like "If you've Impaled an Enemy Recently" can never be an Aura. Auras are just permanent effects, like "You and nearby Allies have 12% increased Movement Speed". Just wanted to throw that out there, although the entire Harbinger-notable-crap will end soon anyway, so no discussions needed about what's an Aura and what's not^^ |

" that's not true. smite is an aura and does get buffed by aura effect. |
