Lag spike at around 25 second intervals with MTR results

Hey, so this happened 3 days(i think) ago after the the server suddenly shut down and the website went down for a little bit.
I started getting these lag spikes at about 25 second intervals.  https://ibb.co/Tr7N7qG I'm not sure if its my internet's problem because I have no problems with other multiplayer games. and surf the net / stream movies just fine.
