Soul Ripper with multiple skills

Not sure if its intended or bugged but if you have soul ripper with lots of charges lets say 150 when you use the flasks it grants all the souls to single skill and not across multiple vaal skills if you have many. The wording of the flask is that it gives you vaal souls when used. The expected behaviour using this exact wording is that it should work as equivalent of gaining that many souls the normal way.
