Send more packets (at least 400), the sample is too small for any proper conclusions. It is not possible to distinguish if the packet loss presented on those 2 nodes are just nodes not liking pings, or some problem on the way which the low amount of packets did not captured.
thank you for the advice,
here is a larger sample 400+

That's where your issues start. As it's in the middle of your trace and not part of either GGG or your ISP's network, it's gonna make it difficult to get this fixed.

2 things. Call your ISP and see if they can elevate this for you. Tell them you are getting packet loss and it's affecting your ability to do what you want to. I'd also email techsupport@grindinggear.com as well and see if they can do the same.

Like I said though, this is really out of both of their hands. Peering issues like this are really hard to get the "middle man" to do anything about their borked connections.

Thanks for the answer. I will try to contact my ISP.
Damn, I forgot. Make sure that they see that MTR as well. That's the proof that they will need to see so they know where the issue is exactly.

Yeah, same thing. This time though, that is some serious friggin packet loss.

How you stay connected is beyond me.

Another thing which is often not mentioned, Gaming VPN services might help in this case as you basically enter VPN close to your home, and it exits close to gaming server, so it should go around the problematic node.
