Pay country and iteam area

I want pay some iteams for Brazilian Server.
But I have no CPF and Brazilian Phone Number. Can I pay at another Server and get/use iteams at Brazilian Server? Last bumped on Feb 10, 2020, 3:32:59 PM

It does not matter which server, the only difference is the currency and the relative amount of money. MTX are account-wide. All of your items are accessible in all servers/realms, aside from China and South Korea.
