White and Yellow maps dropping with fully awakened Atlas

I've been cataloging instances of White and Yellow maps improperly dropping. Basically, any special source that forces a map to drop is dropping them at the minimum tier, which is white/yellow for the vast majority of maps. As a result, only a small handful of maps that only appear at T15/16 (e.g. Lava Lake, Carcass) can drop from these sources while correctly corresponding to the player's Atlas state.
