Saqawal Nest and Animate guardian

Does anyone know if Saqawal's Nest works with animate guardian to grant avian might for necro and her minions?

I'm actually wondering the same thing or more specifically, if the increased buff effect stacks on AG, if he is wearing it AND you are wearing it too?

I believe your Anime Guardian is never affected by Aspect of the Avian, he's only ever affected by Avian's Might or Avian's Flight.
