Question about Atlas mission

Does Atlas mission randomly appear each time you kill a map boss or only the first time?
Also is there any changes regarding Atlas mission? I'm not getting as many Atlas missions from clearing maps as before, which brings me the questions above. Also, there aren't many random Atlas missions anymore. These are my current experience comparing to 3.8 Am I missing something in the patch notes? A full boat of Master missions is issued each day at 600 cst based upon the last map you did prior to that time. If it was a red map, yet get red master missions for that day.
Otherwise you may also randomly be rewarded with a single master mission after completing any given map. |

Just dont forget that to acces those stored missions you have to speak with the respective master in your hideout and give them the map you with to run so you can get the mission...

" I get those parts from the in-game description. My question is the term "complete" is referring to the first time complete or each time? In 3.8 I think it's each time but now I'm not so sure. Also my issue now is the random Atlas mission and those rewarded from completing maps are much less frequent comparing to 3.8. |

Complete means kill the boss in this case. It isn't related to atlas completion.
Each time you open a map you have a chance to earn one, the roll happens when you kill the map boss. I do not know you can earn another master mission while you are doing a master mission. |
