Delve cant find the wall

Hi. Can someone tell me pls where can this wall be, so I can access
this red point :/

It’s completely random.

Looking at it, try one node north of the current location/pointy needle. This could lead to the right and fill the path in the green area.

might also be the one to the south of the needle or east of the boss encounter... though I'm not sure whether these area transitions work.
