PS4: Life leech, phys atk dmg & atk dmg

So I'm building life leech into my Berserker and took the following:

- Lust for Carnage, 1.6% total life leech, physical attack damage
- Hematophagy (full branch), 2.6% total life leech, physical attack damage
- Vitality void, 1.6% total life leech, attack damage
- Pain Reaver, 2% total life leech, attack damage

But in the character sheet it only shows life leech total from attack damage and nothing from physical attack damage.

Do they not work together? Do they exclude each other from leeching? Do they work, but only attack damage is being shown in the character sheet and not the other?

I did remove Lust For Carnage from tree when I was building and physical attack damage leech still wasn't being shown, but the leech from physical attack damage was working.
