Thread of hope bugged, cant allocate nodes

It seems like the new jewel thread of hope is bugged, i put it in top witch but cant allocate any nodes in the area,

i think that you could use some better wording on ur items, bcz on the jewel itself it says "passive in radius can be allcoated without being conntected to your free" no words in that sentence lets the players know its inside the ring, all your other jewels are not like that....

That is literally the worst wording ever. As the others have said NO WHERE does it say only in the blue ring....
