What causes the crashes?

The whole league I had no crash. Since yesterday I got them in blood aquaducts. Now I'm in act 10 and getting them frequently. Even when I run around in town. Without any monsters nearby.
Why don't the developers address this? I'm using a first generation PS4 with a SSD. [Removed by Support] Last bumped on Jan 6, 2020, 1:33:20 AM

same here man sometime i just click on a sextant and bam crash other times i open menu bam crash....sth is triggering them idk what either im also on a pro with an ssd so...
