Why this affected precision who has hybrid tag gem with requires str/dex gem, but not affected malevolence who has int/dex?

because bug, or whatever reason, lv20 gem is not affected

" He honestly has it right, Yes they are multistat skills. Precision Aura is a green gem as DEX is the MAIN stat used (noticed by the fact that the dex requirement is higher then the str) Str gem modifier would not apply to it malevolence is blue as INT is the MAIN stat required for it. (Int value required is higher then the dex). Red gems would be gems where STR is the MAIN stat required. So to keep it simple, Str gems are the gems that go in red sockets, Dex in green, and int in blue. |

Also +1 to level of all dexterity skill gems doesnt apply to any dexterity support gems...same for other +1 to level of all xxx skill gems. Would be nice to have known it before buying both amulet with +1 to chaos and then +1 to all dex skill gems thinking it would be boost ANY dex skill gem...also +1 to all chaos skills doesnt work on support gems even tho they have chaos tag, go figure.

Well support gems aren’t skill gems. It would say +1 to dex support gems if they intended it towork that way.
