PC on a corrupted shield with +skills, crit & res

Hi all,

This shield dropped from a strongbox today and I wonder if it is valuable. It has also got a nice defensive corrupted implicit.

Can I ask for a price check? I did try to find something similar but without much luck.

Maybe 30c? I don't think it will sell for much because there is just not enough es or life on the shield, especially with the metamorph damage right now. The reduced crit is nice but whoever buys it would have to spend additional vaal orbs to link it and colour it.

Might as well go for a second dagger/wand.
