help with syndicate

Hi all, returning player. Im playing SSF and really need the -mana to rings craft from Elreon.

The problem is he never appears. From my limited understanding i think that he might be the mastermind which really sucks for me.

So apart from taking ages to get all the intel to run the mastermind fight and reset him - is there a faster way to replace him and get him to spawn normally?

Hello there.
The mastermind is always Catarina.
Have you revealed all the existing members on your board?
If yes, that means Elreon is one of the 3 "off-syndicate" members.
Those never spawn until you actually bring them back on the current board, by swapping them with an "on-syndicate" member, using the bargain option "xxx removed from the immortal syndicate".
The other way to do it is to kill the mastermind, which re-generates everything, including the "off-syndicate" members.
