Want to do a Custom Item Filter with CONSTRICT as base - Where is CONSTRICT?

Big fan of the custom filters, which I recently discovered.

I was wondering if anyone had the base code for the CONSTRICT filters?

I'd like to use a few of those as a few character specific loot filter bases.

Do they exist on the Filter Ladder and I just can't find them?
Or
Can they be added to the Filter Ladder? (Low Priority)

I have no clue what filter ladder thing you're talking about. You can get the ConStrict filters from here though.
