Citadel disappeared

I have spawned and killed in Lex Proxima, obtained a stone from it, have 9 stones total, but for some reason Lex Proxima citadel disappeared. No influence is spawned to take it over as well.

I was missing a citadel also, however it was hiding in the corner. I needed to zoom in on the atlas first and then drag it to the lower left to find it.

Im having the same issue in Valdo's Rest where I have obtained a watchstone and socketed it, but I cannot see my citadel on the atlas anymore. As one can see I have a watchstone socketed as the maps are higher than t5.





Edit: So that fixed itself quick, I just went in with the character I started mapping with and interacted with the altar after killing one of the exiles and now I can see the citadel again, even on my other characters.

Not to confuse it with when a conqueror influence makes a citadel disappear but I think some of the people here have my issue. I have obtained a watchstone from Haewark Hamlet and at some point the citadel disappeared and no maps I run can make it come back. Need to insert 2 watchstones to spawn next conqueror there but can not.
Let me know if there was a resolve to this issue as I havent found one.

Open your atlas, use the mouse wheel to zoom in, and see if the citadel isn't above the Leyline map, hidden behind the interface.
