way to change server location on console ?

Tonight i notice i was connected to Frankfurt instead Moscow what it has been whole this time for me until now.I am from Finland. I also notice some textures toke a bit time to load in. I didn't have any real issues really, game was smooth. I am just curious if we can change server location ?
