Drops additional atlas jewellery sample

Hello,
What is it supposed to drop? What is Your experience with this mod? It seems to be rare (at least, I have seen it now only for the third time after like 500-600 maps), and I was excited all three times that it is going to give the special watchstone. However, this does not seem to give anything atlas related, not even sextants in any of my three occassions. I am talking about this mod:  And for instance, this is my latest drop result with this mod:  Thanks. All-time non-streamer luckless dropless rewardless tons-of-time-playing non-TFT-er 100% solo player. So, it just turns out, we were lied to for years with the promises of a two-storied one PoE 4.0.
