how rare you think this amulet will be in 3.9 since is a Blight unique item

Pretty sure it's just a new unique introduced with blight, not a blight specific. Look at the theme of the actual blight unique.

Hmmm fair enough then.
I wouldn't have thought it was a blight unique as it is completely different to all the other blight themes ones. Sort of like how tuko shield released in blight, but isn't blight specific. |

Since the Gamepedia entry for BotB says:
"Item acquisition This item is restricted to areas with the league flag for Blight active. There are additional ways to acquire league-restricted items, see League-specific items for more details." I think it can be chanced on maps with blight, much like headhunters can on nemesis maps. |

" Headhunters can be chanced if you take the nemesis mod from the map device, yes. You can't do that with blight. Random encounters don't count as the map being influenced. Blight uniques drop from blight encounters though so it's not so hard to obtain them. |
