One of Three Glyphs missing in mud flats starting mission

I am unable to continue with this character past this point, i was with a friend when this was happening so what i remember happening:

-got to mission area
-pickup one of them
-help finish second half of mission
-go back
-died due to afking
-go back again
-pickup one of them
-last one isn't in any of the pickup areas

Reset the instance. When entering, hold down the control key when you click the door or waypoint and select new instance.

P.S. this isn’t a bug. The quest was partially completed without you so you have to make it again.
