What kind of build could be played with this item (6link rune dagger)?

What kind of build could be played with this item (6link rune dagger)?

I had the luck to find this dagger but Iam not at all expert enough to use it in the best way. Maybe in a Kind of frostblades build? If anybody has an idea, please post a Suggestion! Thank You !

sadly, as a weapon, your number 1 priority is weapon dps (with some exceptions like ele hit)

this weapon doesnt have enough dps to bother with. and it doesnt have enough attack speed to be a melee ele hit weapon.

so, you've found a unicorn. but just being unique does not mean its any good.
