Can't kill Piety - she won't transform back to human form

I damaged Piety for 55-60% of her health pool, but she won't trasform to human form. And she + Malachai became invincible to damage.

just had this happen here, too - zoning out doesn't always fix it, either.
Twinned mod does not apparently matter, nor does the shaper's stronghold atlas marking bug #: 302,212,485 (note: you WILL need to reset that instance back to before the bosses were engaged, as currently, they are dead, but not without me losing 10% exp.) Known issue with cold skills (ones that can freeze) it seems, they fixed Malachai non-phasing issue for Freezing Pulse in last patch (I was one of the affected ones), but seems they missed Ice Shot.
Someone suggested that using Hypothermia could be problematic - if using that support, try removing it to see if that helps. Timezone: GMT +10 (Australia). CASUAL player but I play whenever I can.

Same thing is hapening Malachai won't die at all, he is just immune to dmg, did all his phases and still nothing helps. fix this PLz GGG ty

 Here is a test I did on my other char, the last heart is activated etc waited over 10 min to see if I was missing another mecanic, but nope it's just a bug. this is preventing me to lvl up on my other char. Any word from the devs yet ? |
