Charged Mines Support and Charged Traps Support do not give throwing speed bonuses

These support gems DO give the respective critical strike chance and critical strike multiplier bonus for power charges, but they do not give the throwing speed bonus for frenzy charges.
I tested this with every trap and mine skill, and with various skills via blastchain/high-impact mine support and trap support. Throughout all the tests, there was never a throwing speed bonus listed in the character tab. I believe this is not a graphical/text-only bug because the throwing speed did not look/feel any different no matter how many frenzy charges I had. EDIT: https://imgur.com/a/iuwFP7D This image shows my ethereal knives trap has a throwing speed of only +2%, despite being supported by charged traps support (and the trap support required to make it into a trap skill). The +2% throwing speed comes from level 3 trap support; there are no other items or passives affecting trap throwing speed on this character. This does look like a character sheet bug rather than a bug with the actual functionality.
If you compare the time to throw 10 traps, it takes ~4.7 seconds to throw 10 traps with no throwing speed increase. With 9 frenzy charges it takes ~2.5 seconds to throw 10 traps with the charged traps support. I see the same level of increase with charged mines too. This increase in throwing speed doesn't show on the character sheet where as other sources, like the trap quality you mentioned, does. So I'll pass that onto the team. |
