I accidentally crafted an item! Can you guys help me pricing?

Hello dear Exiles,

I originally planned on crafting a physical mod, but then that happened. Since I don't want to reroll that, I plan on selling it, but I have no real clue how much it's worth.

And I have another two questions:
If you want to sell crafting bases, would you sell them blue or yellow? And why?

with a dagger ur looking at, generally, chaos/dot/crit builds. this is elemental.
