Lost a skill point due to anointing my amulet while having the already having the skill

I have a video,cab I have a dev contact me by email or something? I had the skill point already Chosen and then I went anointed my amulet then realize that I never got my point back for the circle points I should have gotten 3 back but I only got two. This is a problem with anointment and it needs to be looked into I don't think people should just lose a skill point when anointing something when they already had it chosen it shouldn't allow you to do the anoiNt

Can you type /passives and verify that you are missing a skill point?

I instantly saved a video clip after realizing what happened. I spent so much money on microtransactions on this game and everything a lot of time on this character I would hate to lose a skill point the skill points were curse duration , curse and cast speed, and the one point I I didn't get back was Whispers of Doom due to anointing my amulet while it was already chosen

So the video isn't in my capture gallery for the PS4 I don't know what happened to it this seriously happened to me. I've spent so much time on this game. Try it anointing a skill spot that you already own. It's seriously glitched my point away and overlapped the pre-existing one and I never got my point back please I really need that one point. The anointing a skill point replaces the one that you already existed without giving you a skill point to spend.

Is there a program or something you can run that will show how many skill points a player has check and how many are actually there is there anything we can do. There has to be a program or something that checks that for a character or something =/ I'm super sorry for the inconvenience I'm just really stressing about that I stayed up for a day grinding out the oils to do that just to lose a point

You should be able to do this using the /passives command while in-game. You may also be able to double check by using Path of Building and importing your character.

How do I do the passive command? Path of building won't work on my phone with my characters =/ I'll do anything to prove I lost one due to a glitch

You just need to login to your character and enter /passives in chat. This should accurately show how many skill points you have earned, and how many you have allocated. If the points you have earned don't match the ones you have used there may be an issue somewhere

unequipped the amulet with anointment , unspec the duplicated skill node, re-equipped the amulet with anointment. Done.

It never gave me one to unspec in the first place. I had the two nodes up and Whispers of Doom. When I anointed my amulet I forgot to unspec Whispers first. So after anointing it I never got the one skill point it just over lapped it. I was able to inspect the two points leading up to it but never actually got to orb of regret the main one that's missing and still can't even with an unequipped there's nothing there I'm trying to get past the building to work to prove that this happened I know it happened
