Spiritual Aid Question

So, I know Spiritual aid is affected by minion nodes and equipment which affects minions.
However, do gems which increase minion damage affect Spiritual Aid? Like Minion Damage Support?
Does Carrion Golem? I know the flat damage provided by it does not affect the player, but does the "deal more damage" portion of the Carrion Golem affect the player?
Lastly, how do Frenzy Charges work with Spiritual Aid? Does it double dip? For example you have 3 charges and your minion have 3 charges, do you get the more damage from your minion's Frenzy Charges?
I looked to see if there was anything on these and I couldn't find any clarification on it.

Support gems are local to skill gem they support. Frenzy charges are local to entity that has them.

This is mostly correct, but there are edge cases. For example, with dominating blow, the Minion Damage support gem provides increased minion damage with gem quality. It's very minor, but this WILL affect your dominating blow damage (only the quality bonus though. The node is about increases and reductions, so it doesn't apply to less and more modifiers).

so as codetaku said, the wording on spiritual aid is very specific. "increases and reductions" means exactly, and ONLY, % increased and % decreased. Both of the items i linked have '% increased minion damage', and those are the only mods that benefit you. No added flat damage, no 'more' damage.

So... does Feeding Frenzy work with Spiritual Aid?

no, because feeding frenzy is, again, MORE damage, not INCREASED damage.
