Reduced mana reserved 1% on jewels issue

So, I can't use the path of exile official trade search to search for this corrupted implicit for jewels. I have to use another site. I finally got the jewel and it is not reducing my reserved mana, after restarting the client and toggling on and off my auras. Has this not been implemented?

Regarding you not been able to search for it on PoE's trade site, that you have to report.

About it not working then this is because 1% is not enough to change a reservation. You need minimum of 2% and this is because of the way GGG calculate mana reservation.
There are many many treads about this so it's not a bug and GGG has confirmed this many times.
