Charged mines and its buff

Look like "Charged mines support" don't give increase to mine trowing speed (or maybe this is just visual bug). At least here:
 number don't change no matter what my Frenzy charge state is - 0, 1, 3, 5... But this stat definitely work - it change if I swap gear w "Mine Throwing Speed" (weapon, jewels etc.), change relevant passives on the skill tree or for example detonating my mines (thank Saboteur's "Bomb Specialist").
